Location : India Delhi NCR
(Note):- Please Apply only with E commerce Experience.
- Will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting and finance department for the company's e-commerce division.
- Will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain proper internal controls, and provide financial guidance and support for business decision making.
- Managing e-commerce accounting, including reconciling transactions and booking invoices for commission, shipping, and marketing expenses.
- Handling marketplace reconciliation, including reconciling transactions and checking all the expenses like commission, shipping, and marketing expenses on marketplaces like Flipkart and Amazon etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of the companies' tax affairs and compliance including new tax requirements and jurisdictions
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxes and GST.
- Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage general ledger accounting functions
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
- Analyses revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Assists management to make financial decisions.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA / ICWA will be preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases Knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

- Getting new Brands/Label for E Commerce Business.
- Develop multi category Brands and expand business to wider areas and geographies.
- Creating new business opportunities and developing relationship with brands which would help them bring delight to customers, build recall value and most importantly increase profitability for their brand.
- Overall Sales, Profitability and Assortment enhancement.
- Analysis of Measuring key seller metrics to optimize sale across the category.

- Hunt for distributors and new markets for range of branded and private label products in FMCG category.
- Monitor all existing and prospective markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
- Maximizing sales revenue in existing markets, expanding sales into new territories, and researching trends to develop accurate sales projections.
- Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit and organize all market plans to suit all customer requirements and monitor all specific transactions of all customers for all processes.
- Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
- Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets.
